The grey color of the foam comes from graphite particles embedded within the material. This composition plays a dual role throughout the year. In the winter, it locks in indoor heat to prevent warmth from escaping. In the summer, it reflects solar radiation to block out external heat, significantly reducing air conditioning energy consumption and lowering utility bills.

The installation process itself is precise. Specialized adhesive mortar is applied to the back of each foam board before pressing it firmly against the wall. Large surfaces, door frames, and window corners can be cut to fit on-site, and all joints are sealed with expanding foam to eliminate air gaps.

However, the job doesn’t stop at just sticking foam to a wall. To ensure durability, workers apply a layer of anti-cracking mortar, embed a durable fiberglass mesh into the mixture, and smooth it over with another layer of mortar. This mesh anchors the material and prevents future wall cracking. Once smoothed and leveled, the surface is ready for primer and topcoat paint, leaving a clean, flat finish that completely hides the high-performance insulation system inside.
