# Register for Unifi Coverage

In today’s connected world, having access to fast, low-latency, and uninterrupted home internet is essential. Whether you are working remotely, video calling loved ones, streaming 4K entertainment, or gaming online, **Unifi**—Telekom Malaysia’s premier high-speed fiber broadband service—offers reliable fiber connectivity across the country.

Before setting up a new internet package or upgrading your current setup, the first and most crucial step is verifying whether fiber infrastructure is available at your home or business location. You can quickly check your location and get started by visiting [https://unificoverage.info/](https://unificoverage.info/).

## Why Is Checking Unifi Coverage Essential?

Unlike traditional copper or ADSL networks, fiber broadband relies on physical fiber-optic cables installed directly into residential neighborhoods, high-rise buildings, and commercial areas. Checking your coverage beforehand ensures:

1. **Fiber Readiness:** Verifies whether your specific address is connected to TM’s nationwide fiber network.
2. **Speed Availability:** Identifies which speed tiers (from 100Mbps up to 2Gbps) are supported in your specific area or building infrastructure.
3. **Port Availability:** Confirms whether there are active fiber ports available in your nearby distribution point (DP).
4. **Hassle-Free Registration:** Prevents delays or canceled appointments by ensuring your site is fully ready before installation day.

## How to Register for Unifi Coverage via https://unificoverage.info/

Checking coverage and submitting your registration online through [unificoverage.info](https://unificoverage.info/) is designed to be fast and simple.

### Step 1: Visit the Portal & Enter Your Address

Go to [https://unificoverage.info/](https://unificoverage.info/) and enter your complete address into the coverage checking form. Be as detailed as possible, including your house/unit number, street name, section, building name, and postcode.

### Step 2: Confirm Coverage Status

The system or service representative will verify your location against the latest broadband coverage map.

* **If Covered:** You can immediately proceed to choose your preferred broadband package.
* **If Not Yet Covered:** You can register your interest so TM can notify you as soon as fiber expansion reaches your area.

### Step 3: Select Your Preferred Unifi Plan

Once coverage is confirmed, select a plan tailored to your household or business requirements:

* **100Mbps:** Ideal for everyday browsing, video conferencing, and HD streaming in smaller households.
* **300Mbps:** Excellent for medium-sized families with multiple devices connected simultaneously.
* **500Mbps / 1Gbps / 2Gbps:** Ultra-fast speeds for heavy downloaders, 4K/8K content creators, smart homes, and online gaming enthusiasts.

### Step 4: Submit Required Documents

To process your registration, attach clear copies of the required identification:

* **Malaysian Citizens:** Front and back copy of your MyKad (IC).
* **Non-Malaysians:** Copy of a valid Passport.
* **Proof of Address:** A recent utility bill (if required for address confirmation).

### Step 5: Book Your Installation Appointment

Choose a convenient date and time for an authorized TM technician to visit your premises. The technician will perform the necessary cabling, install your Wi-Fi router, configure the connection, and verify speed performance.
